It’s so strange some of the things that humans do. It can honestly be said that no other species of animal on the planet smokes anything, yet many people find the procedure fascinating. Humans have been smoking in one form or another for thousands of years, but not until the 1600′s when Europeans began to actively cultivate and grow tobacco in the US did smoking really start to become more widespread among them. That’s a difficult question to answer with just one response. Some people like the flavor and the taste of tobacco. Some enjoy the nicotine that gives them that slightly euphoric feeling.
